  4. Access Support:
    Click on "Support" located in the bottom left corner and allow the page to load.
  5. Submit an Inquiry:
    Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click on "1:1 Inquiry." Once the inquiry page loads, you'll be presented with four options:
  • Bug Report
  • Feedback & Suggestions
  • General Game Service
  • In-App Purchases & Billing Choose the appropriate category based on your concern.

  • For issues related to bugs, glitches, and in-app purchases, ensure you include your unique account ID in either the name box or the description box.
  • You can also attach pictures to your report to provide more context and information.

    If you were double charged for a purchase or made an accidental purchase, it's recommended to report it through "In-App Purchases & Billing" first before reporting it through your app store. This helps prevent potential issues with your app store account and provides you with proof for your app store report regarding the refund.
